About The Provider:

Dr. Volkan Guzel is a dedicated orthopedic physician specializing in general orthopedics with a special interest in sports-related injuries across all ages, as well as arthritis-related conditions of the shoulder, hip, and knee. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and is fluent in both English and Turkish.

Dr. Guzel’s philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, respect, and a commitment to patient-centered treatment. He believes in listening closely, understanding each patient’s unique needs, and developing personalized care plans that promote healing, comfort, and long-term confidence. His ethical, thoughtful approach ensures that patients feel supported and guided every step of the way. Outside of work, Dr. Guzel enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting.
